MFC Roadside Assistance โ€” Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

The short version: we collect the information we need to get a technician to you, do the job, and bill for it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

MFC Roadside Assistance ("MFC," "we," "us") is a mobile roadside assistance business based in California, serving the Inland Empire and Greater Surrounding Areas. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use mfcroadsideassistance.com, fill out one of our service request forms, or call us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request service by form or phone, we collect your contact, vehicle, location, service and payment details. Payment card information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by MFC. When you visit our website, our hosting, analytics and advertising providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and visit times.

Phone calls

Calls to our advertised numbers may be routed through our service providers for call tracking and advertising measurement. Calls may be recorded where permitted and with any consent required by law. If we miss your call, you may receive an automatic text message.

How we use information

To provide and dispatch roadside services, contact you about your service, process payments and business records, follow up and (where permitted) request reviews, measure and improve our advertising, keep the website secure, and meet legal, tax and insurance obligations. If you choose to receive updates or offers from us by email or text, we will ask for your consent first, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share information with

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including providers for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, advertising and communications. They use information according to their own terms and privacy policies. To measure which ads lead to completed jobs, we may share the phone number you gave us and the date of your service with Google. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your online activity according to their own policies and settings.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for service records, business operations, legal obligations, disputes and security. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, to protect your information, and we keep working to improve them.

Your privacy rights

You may request to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes. California residents have these rights and any additional rights that apply to us under California law. To make a request, contact roadside@mfcroadsideassistance.com; we may verify your identity first and will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are for drivers and vehicle owners, are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy; updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
