PAYMENT POLICY
At MFC Roadside Assistance we stand with 10+ years of experience, customer service and know-how, always striving to make your unfortunate situation better. With our goal to be the fastest to your assistance we are inspired to make each experience as delightful and stress-free as possible.
It is in this posture that we ask before you order a service to make sure you are 100% sure that you need the roadside assistance service because once we hang up the phone, put you on the schedule, and start heading out your way, we get paid.
We do not necessarily like taking people’s money for no reason. We feel good when we save people money and take great pride in our quality service. But time is money and fuel, drivers/technicians, and insurance all cost money.
FEES
Service fees are due immediately and payable via credit card or money services (Venmo or Zelle). The service fees cover the scope and performance of base services – jump-start, auto unlock, tire change, battery change, gas/air delivery.
*Late night fees apply to calls after 9 p.m.
**After hours fees apply to calls after 11 p.m.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you order the service there are no cancellations or refunds. After payment is received and processed it is then considered a non-refundable reservation for services and the driver is dispatched. Cancellation fees are charged in the amount of 100% of what was originally quoted during the scheduling process plus credit card processing fees. All sales are final.
In extenuating circumstances, cancellations made within 10 minutes from the time of booking may be entitled to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 10 minutes after the time of booking will not receive a refund.
